WebGel Card issues in Blood Bank. Recently I had a situation arise where a gel Antibody screen was reactive in both cells, and a antibody panel was performed giving inconclusive results, with a negative auto control. I performed a tube screen which was negative, DAT negative and extended crossmatched 2 units and they were compatible.
